You can't help that Pixar nailed the 3-yr-old boy demographic. My 3-yr-0ld boy has three thoughts in his brain in any day.

1. Potty.
2. Food.
3. Lightning McQueen.

Your little guy is just so sweet and lovely! He has fabulous taste in father figures (lol) - Paul Newman was the Man!

I had completely forgotten about that lovely old Dr. Seuss book - thank you for the reminder Dadshouse.

I guess for those of us who grew up with absent parents (physical or emotional) we did learn to parent ourselves and to choose parental figures who could teach us through the different phases of life. Every Mother's Day - there are 4 women who get a card/phone call from me. They didn't give birth to me - but they did their utmost to ensure I survived and thrived. And, even if I could, I wouldn't change a thing.

Hugs
